We now ship worldwide! Variance in delivery time will vary, depending on product destination and availability. Please keep in mind stock turnover is 3 business days, up to 3 week for pre order items. In busy periods in stock could reach 5 days.

What to expect:
Goods will be dispatched in 3-5 working days from the time an order is placed. Keep in mind some orders are manufactured once order is place, these are labelled "PRE ORDER" and may take up to 3 weeks. In extremely busy periods items may take up to 5 days to pack and dispatch.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds are accepted, only if the item is faulty or not matching description provided. We aim to avoid this scenario by answering any questions you have prior to purchase. Please also bear in mind, postage/return postage will not be refunded. We have a policy of 14 day return time once order is received, and must be in original condition. Tags must be entact and item must be unworn. goods that are damaged or stained after delivery, will not be refunded. Mickey Rose have the right to refuse refunds and exchanges if we feel this is the case. No cash refunds will be issued.
We understand sizing can
sometimes be difficult for little ones, so we do offer exchanges within 7 days
of receiving order as long as the product is undamaged, unworn and tags are
attached. Please contact us if this is the case to discuss turn over time and
available stock. If a product is SOLD OUT, we can arrange an alternative upon

Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover costs for all returns and exchanges. Once a product is shipped, it becomes the customers responsibility. Follow up concerns with Australia Post. We cannot refund/exchange lost items in the mail.
